Our client is a global leader in genetic monitoring, microbiome insights, and automated genotyping solutions — empowering researchers and biotech innovators worldwide. As they expand across Europe, we’re recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Southern Europe.
In this field‑based role, you’ll build relationships with leading academic and research institutions, promote cutting‑edge genotyping and microbiome services, and play a direct role in accelerating scientific discovery.

What You’ll Do:
• Drive regional sales strategy across multiple European markets
• Grow new and existing accounts
• Promote Automated Genotyping, Microbiome, GM & AMI solutions
• Represent the business at major European scientific events
• Manage pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent French (mandatory) + strong English
• 5–10 years’ Life Sciences / Laboratory Animal Science field sales
• Proven success selling into the French market
• Experience managing multi‑country European territories
• Strong commercial, relationship‑building and consultative skills
• Willing to travel up to 60%
