Yesterday's training course was hugely enjoyable. It was the tenth in this series for this particular client and they wanted to cover as many people as possible, so we had 78 in attendance. It can be a real challenge running a highly interactive workshop with so many people, but it was a great success and the evaluation scores and feedback were amazing. Reassuring to know that the course design is very scaleable, catering for as few as a dozen participants up to a large group of 70 or more.

Finished the last of the pre-Christmas training sessions. Delivered workshops in Surrey, Devon, Birmingham and York, facilitating over 300 managers with tips and techniques on having difficult conversations with staff. London in the New Year!
