We’re hiring – Children’s Residential Support Worker

We’re currently recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a privately owned residential home in Thaxted, Essex.

✨ £14.00 per hour
✨ Full-time, permanent position
✨ Day & night shifts available
✨ Career progression opportunities
✨ Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Children & Young People qualification

You’ll be supporting young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and emotional & behavioural difficulties, helping to provide a safe, supportive and positive home environment.

🚗 Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential for this role due to the location.
