🚧 Contractors — how much is downtime actually costing your project right now? 🚧
One missing labourer. One unreliable subcontractor. One delayed start on Monday morning.
It doesn’t sound like much… until it pushes your programme back, knocks on your sequencing, and starts eating into your margins.
At GL Recruitment Group, we support contractors across the UK with fast, reliable access to fully vetted construction labour and skilled trades — so your sites keep moving, not waiting.
Whether you're running residential builds, commercial projects, fit-outs, or large-scale developments, we understand what matters most:
✔ Workers who actually turn up
✔ People who are site-ready and compliant
✔ Rapid replacements when plans change
✔ Less downtime, fewer headaches, better delivery
From general labourers to electricians, supervisors, plant operators and site managers — we supply the people you need to keep programmes on track.
We don’t just “fill roles” — we keep your site running.
If you're a contractor tired of chasing unreliable labour, let’s change that.
