We are looking for experienced bilingual Spanish-English Supervisors to join a shipyard project in the USA.
🔧 1. FCAW Welding Supervisor
⚙️ 2. Shipfitter / Plater Supervisor
📍 Location: USA Shipyard
📅 Contract Duration: 5 months + 1 week
🔄 Rotation Basis: Temporary position
⏰ Working Hours: 11 hours/day + 8 hours on Sundays
👥 Team Size: Approximately 20 workers per supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 20 workers.
Ensure all welding / shipfitting work meets the required quality and production standards.
Check and inspect completed work.
Monitor productivity, safety, and work progress.
Communicate effectively with both Spanish- and English-speaking teams and management.
Candidates will be required to pass a trade/skills test at the shipyard.
Requirements:
✅ Strong experience as an FCAW Welding Supervisor or Shipfitter / Plater Supervisor
✅ Experience supervising large teams in a shipyard or heavy industrial environment
✅ Spanish and English speaking
✅ Ability to work independently and manage approximately 20 workers
✅ Willingness to work on a rotation basis
