Nicholas Michael Limited are currently looking for 2x Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our team in our Central Cambridge office on Hills Road.
We are looking for a confident individual who is looking to progress within Recruitment. The individual will be working in the Construction Recruitment sector.
No previous recruitment experience is required however sales experience is ideal but not essential. Construction knowledge is an advantage for both roles. This role will be based 90% of the time on the telephone with gradual progression to meeting clients and visiting construction sites.
Junior Recruitment Consultant Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum with OTE. Uncapped commissions.
On Target Earnings Example:
Year 1 £25,000
Year 2 £35,000
Year 3 £50,000
Year 4 £65,000
Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional performance.
Progression up to Branch Manager & Director levels for the right candidates within a number of years.
