We’re ideally looking for someone with a background in engineering recruitment who knows the industry, understands what good recruitment looks like and is ready to take the next step with a team that will give them the support to do their job properly.

The role can be based from home or our Bristol office, with hybrid options available. You’ll have all the tools and support you need to deliver for your clients and candidates, alongside a competitive salary to suit your experience and an uncapped commission structure.

Free parking is also available for anyone working from our Bristol office.
