It is one of the most physical and demanding roles in the events industry, and also one of the most important. Setup, breakdown, rigging, logistics and our crew are the ones making sure everything is in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.

Early starts, late finishes and a lot of hard work in between. But when it all comes together and the doors open, there is nothing quite like it.

Our Event Crew are reliable, experienced and know how to work hard as a team. Whether it is a festival build, a corporate setup or a large-scale breakdown, we have got the people to make it happen.

Wedding season is here, and it is a busy one.

We are working alongside brilliant teams like Kit & Kee Catering across a whole series of weddings this summer, and we could not be prouder of the team delivering at every single one.

The Cheese & Chilli Festival season is in full swing, and it has been absolutely outstanding so far, even though we have been having all the seasons in a day. 🧀🌶️

Wi******er was fantastic. The crowd was brilliant, the atmosphere was brilliant, and our team had the best time working alongside the wonderful Hall & Woodhouse on the bar. Days like that remind us exactly why we love this job.

But the cheese and chilli season is not over yet; there are still two dates to go 👇

We will be back supporting Bourne Free Pride Festival again this year, the most vibrant and joyful events on the South Coast calendar. We look for people who are reliable, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. Happy Staff = Happy Clients. It really is that simple.

We ask a lot of our team. Flexibility, professionalism, calm under pressure, and the ability to walk into a brand new environment at short notice and just get on with it. Paying them properly is the least we can do in return.

And the impact is real; we attract great people, and they stay. They show up motivated, confident and proud of the work they do. Many have been with us for years, and quite a few have brought their friends along too.

When people feel genuinely valued, events run better. The service is better, and the energy is better. Your guests feel it, even if they can't quite put their finger on why.
