A long established Structural Steel company, based in New Milton is looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their expanding workshops.

This role will involve predominately MIG welding. Experience of TIG welding would be advantageous but not essential.

About the Company:

Design, manufacture and construct high quality steel structures including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and their electro-mechanical doors, warehouses, grandstands, multi-storey buildings, car parks and bridges, as well as defence equipment, manual and electric roller shutter doors, windows and curtain walling.

Fabricator Welder Details:

* The role will be on a 12 week probationary basis and to start ASAP
* CSCS card is beneficial, not essential.
* Starting Salary is up to £18.00 per hour, dependent on experience
* Hourly rate will increase further following probationary period and possibly sooner depending on skill level.
* Standard, full-time contracted hours: 06:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday (can start earlier if desired)
* Overtime is available and ideally the candidate should be open to working additional hours
* Overtime is paid after 39 weekly hours at x1.3 and x1.5 on a Saturday morning
* Annual salary ranges between £48,000 - £54,000 when overtime is worked.

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week CAT B interior fit-out project in Poole.

This is a hands-on position managing the day-to-day running of a 5,000 sq ft commercial interior project. We are particularly interested in Site Managers who have come from a carpentry or joinery background and are comfortable getting involved practically when required.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the smooth and safe delivery of the project, coordinating trades and ensuring work is completed to programme and the required quality standards.

Your duties will include:

Day-to-day management of the site and subcontract trades.
Coordinating labour, materials and the programme of works.
Monitoring workmanship, progress and Health & Safety.
Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks.
Managing site documentation including RAMS and relevant records.
Ensuring compliance with site regulations and safe working practices.
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and project management.
Resolving day-to-day issues to keep the project progressing.
Providing practical, hands-on assistance to trades where required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous Site Management experience within CAT B commercial interior fit-out .
A strong understanding of interior fit-out trades and sequencing.
Ideally a carpentry/joinery background .
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to assist on site when necessary.
Good knowledge of RAMS, Health & Safety regulations and general site administration .
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage subcontractors and keep a fast-moving project on programme.
SMSTS.
Valid CSCS Card.

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Planning Coordinator to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Poole, Dorset .

This is a varied and responsible position coordinating workflow, capacity and daily priorities within the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.

The role would particularly suit someone with previous experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, workflow coordination or production control who is highly organised and comfortable working across different departments to keep work progressing to schedule.

The Role
You will act as the main link between Planning, Projects and the Quality teams, coordinating workloads and ensuring inspection and quality activities are prioritised in line with production requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and coordinating daily QA and QC workloads and priorities.

* Monitoring capacity and ensuring resources are aligned with production schedules.
