The JDR team recently joined Onvero for their insightful Pride at Work webinar, where one of our key takeaways was the importance of intersectionality. It served as a powerful reminder that while we celebrate diversity and champion underrepresented communities, we must also remain aware of where our own privileges lie.

The discussion highlighted how meaningful inclusion is often shaped by the small, everyday actions we take to ensure people feel valued, respected and able to be themselves at work.
