My lovely Glaswegian delegates 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 completed their 6 month Management Development Programme today, ending with their individual presentations on what they've learned to the senior leaders.

So very proud! πŸ™‚ Gonna miss them.

9 x interviews of 10 mins, then 5 mins to give feedback to each student...
