Are you looking for a part time role, working 16 hours a week based in Lichfield? If you have good IT skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have experience of scheduling, then this could be just the job!

We have an opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Lichfield, working Thursday and Friday from 08.00 - 16.30. We are looking for good customer service focused individuals to join our Contact Centre teams based in Devizes.

Good interpersonal skills are required as you will be handling inbound calls from HGV Drivers who need assistance with their vehicle. Technical knowledge isn't essential as we have colleagues who are technical but you will need to remain calm, whilst under pressure as time is usually of the essence in these situations.

If you enjoy helping others and have good IT skills as well as great listening skills then this could be just the role for you!

We are looking for someone who is super organised, who has some knowledge around HGV Vehicle Compliance and who lives within a commutable distance to Lichfield.

Our Coordinators contact our customers to book their trailers in for the routine service, maintenance or MOT, so we need someone who is disciplined, confident and able to multitask and sometimes as well as someone who has excellent telephone skills. This is certainly a fast paced role where no 2 days are the same.

If you have good admin skills, with Word and Excel, enjoy organising things and want to be part of a fantastic team, then apply today!
You will be working Monday to Friday, from 08.30 - 17.00 for a basic salary of £19,247 + 5% Bonus based on KPI's
