Welcome to Jobs4teens West Sussex
My idea is to connect teenagers that are looking for ad hoc temp work or a regular weekend job with people in our local communities that need work doing. ( I already have a list of over 20 such people after placing an advert for my son needing work)
Ie weeding n hedge trimming
Moving n clearing
General labouring
Animal or house sitting n much much more

I will provide your teenager with a clear outline of

I will clarify all of this with the customer prior to advertising the slot.

Working alongside the customer you will get paid on the day for your work.

Initially I will work with teenagers that I know from aged 15 years.

My plan is to have a general chat bout work ethics ..ie reliability, punctuality, phone use etc etc n then we can look yo see which work is of interest

Moving forward I will place all work on here with a reference

I ask for a small admin fee of between £5-£10 in advance of the introduction per job( dependent upon hours required)

I will then set things up n running..
Hopefully this way everyone is accountable
