Calling all experienced PCC coaches...

It's never too early to start working towards your MCC!

Join a small group of other aspiring MCC coaches, to learn with and from each other.

I hold a space for three coaches over a series of three online sessions in which you coach each other, observe, and give and get feedback. This brings you a total of four hours of mentor coaching to use towards your credential application.

You can join as many rounds as you like. Groups start on a rolling basis - when we have three coaches ready to start, we get going.

✨Feedback that leaves the coach feeling confident and capable.

When I mentor coaches in a group, I invite observer feedback along the lines of *strength* and *stretch*.

Not what they did 'right' or 'wrong'.

Using language that is rooted in what's possible, creates an empowering learning environment in which the coach gets a sense of where they are already strong and how they can leverage that, as well as what they could experiment with to stretch their skills further.

Look up. And widen your view. ✨

Last night, I lay on a dark hill in Oxfordshire with my husband and son, waiting for the Perseids meteor shower to streak across the sky.

What struck me was how easy it would have been to miss them.

If I’d focused on one tiny patch of sky, I might not have seen anything at all. But by softening my gaze and keeping my vision wide, I saw them - eight shooting stars in just a half hour gaze.

Of course, I thought about how this might link to leadership. 😉

Often, when we're busy on the task at hand, solving problems, responding to emails and keeping everything moving, it's easy to narrow our focus to what's directly in front of us.

But this can mean we miss opportunities.

It can be a passing comment in a meeting.
A new perspective, offered quietly from the introvert in your team.
A moment of brilliance you hadn't expected.
A connection between two seemingly unrelated ideas.

Good leadership isn't just about having sharp focus. It's also about knowing when to widen the lens.

So, what might you notice if you looked up from the immediate problem and gave yourself a little more peripheral vision?

You might just spot a shooting star. ✨
