We’re recruiting for a fantastic local employer who is looking for two Production Operatives to join their growing team.

You’ll be working within a clean, friendly production environment carrying out assembly and fitting duties.

Total Care Recruitment is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team in Lurgan.

We work in a busy, high-energy office environment, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy, can think on their feet and is comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

The role will include:
🔹 Recruiting and onboarding candidates
🔹 Managing compliance, references, right-to-work and training records
🔹 Managing staff availability and filling shifts
🔹 Coordinating rotas and responding to last-minute staffing requirements
🔹 Booking shifts through client portals and internal systems
🔹 Liaising with candidates and clients
🔹 Maintaining accurate recruitment records

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 1–2 years’ experience in a busy office, recruitment, administration, scheduling or customer service environment
