We are looking for an experienced, quality conscious Site Manager to join our client initially on a freelance basis. You will be working on a school job in Harrow, with a value of around £500k. Your duties will be the following:

• Managing the day-to-day works on site.

• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and companies requirements

• Implementing the Company Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.

• Maintain and update project reporting and planning.

• The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

• Site Administration, H&S and general upkeep

Candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS CARD, salary is negotiable depending on experience
