Huge congratulations to our Swindon Consultant Tom on achieving a Distinction in his Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship!

Feedback from the assessor highlighted the quality of Tom's presentation, describing Tom as “a confident and capable recruitment professional with strong operational judgement, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to delivering effective recruitment outcomes in challenging environments.”

Tom was also recognised for his ability to build strong relationships and truly understand the pressures faced by hospitality clients. His assessor commented: “One of Tom’s strongest qualities is the way he combines strong relationship-building skills with practical sector knowledge, particularly within hospitality and catering recruitment.”

This distinction is a fantastic recognition of Tom's hard work and abilities and we're incredibly proud!
