I am looking for a Deputy manager who has experience within managing a nursing home. The nursing home is part of a very reputable organisation and can accommodate for up to 40 service users providing care for *Dementia, Mental health condition, Younger adults and the Elderly*.
The position: would be based on a 40 hour week and they are offering a starting salary of £36,000 - £38,000 plus the option of having bonuses and added incentives.
The home are looking for someone with managerial experience who is looking to uphold the high standards of this brilliant fully CQC compliant nursing home.
The Position:
· Experienced within managing a nursing home
· Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN)
· Based over a 40 hour week
· Knowledge of CQC and Safeguarding
· £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
