“Massive part of my life, all of you at Futures”

Remember Dylan?

Last week, the team had a lovely surprise with Dylan coming to visit us!

In 2025, Dylan came to Tameside Futures looking for support into work. Through attending sessions on employability, kayaking, starting a business, sports, job-searching and 1 to 1 sessions with his support worker, Dylan’s skills hugely progressed.

Dylan started 6 months paid employment in construction using our YES Scheme in October. Last week, he came in to let us know that he has been offered a permanent role🎉

We are so proud of Dylan and what he has achieved, not only in work but also in confidence and determination!🙌
