Congratulations to Mr Forrest who successfully passed his 3rd Dan (Degree) grading on Saturday 6th December. Mr Forrest achieved the highest pass mark from Grandmaster Harkess confirming that his students are learning from one of the best.

Greatest apologies but tonight's classes in Airyhall will be cancelled due to me feeling very unwell.
