المؤهلات:-
- مؤهل متوسط و يفضل خريجي الدون بوسكو و مبارك كول و المعاهد الصناعية.
- يشترط الخبرة بمجال ال PLC.
- خبرة فى مجال الصيانة من 5 الى 8 سنوات و يفضل من سبق له العمل بمجال الحديد و الصلب.
- موقف واضح من التجنيد.
- يفضل سكان 6 اكتوبر و المناطق المجاورة.

Scope of work:-
- Ensure the defect rates are well within the control as per benchmarked.
- Familiar with IATF:16949, ISO:9001, ISO:14001, OHSAS 18001 management system
- Responsible for the quality in-coming & out-going material of all area.
- Responsible for the reduction of in-process rejection.
- Responsible for the quality awareness among all the employees of all area
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for reach area of responsibility.
- Ensuring adherence & monitoring of all safety rules and regulations as per policy in the shop floor.
:-
- B.SC Degree of Engineering in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in similar position experience is preferable.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Package) .
- Good English language.
- Team leader and hard worker.
- Able to work under pressure.
:-
- Location: North Extension, 4th industrial zone, October.
- 2 days off
- Transportation is provided to the nearest meeting point.

* Job Title: (Material Requirement Planning Specialist)

:-

· Budgeting and maintaining the stock value

· Optimizing the stock level, classify it and make sure the stock value meets the needed availability for the clients.

· Following up with engineering department the technical specifications and balance of Wip raw materials.

· Conducting market research to make sure that all materials are of highest quality standards.

:-

- Bachelor’s degree.

- 3 – 5 years of experience in similar position.

- Manufacturing background is highly preferred.

- V.Good knowledge in M.S office package.

- V. good command of English language.

Main Duties -
- Design all new tooling and communicate design to Customer through Engineering Head.
- Develop CAD tor all patterns and gating designs from internal design sketches.
- Assist in sampling of new trial work and collecting documentation and record
- Defect analysis, root cause determination, and implementation of corrective action.
- Develop process instructions, standard operating procedures, and inspection Checklists.

Job Requirements:-
· B.Sc. in Engineering. (Mechanical or other relevant major)
· 5 – 6 years of experience in similar position.
· Foundries experience is a Must.
· Very Good knowledge of using variety of designing software programs.
· V. good command of English language.

Work Conditions:-
- Location: North Extensions of industrial zone , 6th of October City.
- 2 Days off.
- Transportation is provided.
