Amend Business Solutions is officially hiring for our First Wave of Customer Service Representatives!

We aren't just looking for employees; we’re looking for the founding members of a brand-new team dedicated to excellence.

If you thrive in a professional yet friendly environment and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.

Financial Package & Benefits

- Base Salary: 23,000 EGP (Net) + Social and Medical insurance.

- KPI Bonus: 5,000 EGP based on performance.

- Location: Nasr City.

- Schedule: US Shift (Monday – Friday).

- Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Split into two fixed shifts).

- Weekends: Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.

🔵- Requirements:

-Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level).

- -Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service or a call center environment (Financial services or debt settlement experience is a plus).
