We are looking for experienced professionals to join a major Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia.
1. RCM / FMEA Facilitator
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability Engineering, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, or engineering.
* Experience in RCM & FMEA/FMECA studies.
* Experience with GE APMS Meridium.
* Knowledge of SAE JA1011/JA1012.
* Experience with SAP / CMMS / EAM.
* CMRP certification is preferred.
2. Rotating Equipment Mechanical Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 5–7 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance/reliability.
* Strong experience with compressors, turbines, pumps, motors & auxiliary systems.
* Experience in RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA or reliability improvement.
* Strong knowledge of vibration analysis, machinery diagnostics, lubrication, bearings and mechanical seals.
* Familiarity with API standards and SAP PM.
3. Static Equipment Mechanical Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or related Engineering.
* 5–7 years of experience in static equipment integrity, inspection, reliability, or maintenance.
* Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities.
* Strong knowledge of RBI, Asset Integrity, Corrosion, NDT & Damage Mechanisms.
* Knowledge of API 510, API 570, API 579, API 580/581 & API 653.
* Familiarity with SAP PM.
4. Electrical Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 5–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, reliability, power systems, or asset management.
* Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities.
* Experience with RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCFA or reliability improvement**.
* Strong knowledge of power systems, transformers, MCC, switchgear and protection systems.
* Working knowledge of SAP.
* Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, NFPA and NETA standards.
5. Refinery Process Engineer – RCM Support
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering.
* 5–7 years of experience in refinery operations or process engineering.
* Experience with Crude, Gasoline, Diesel, and Utility Units.
* Experience in both Field Operations and DCS Operations.
* Strong knowledge of P&IDs and PFDs.
* Good understanding of refinery operating procedures and process interactions.
* Experience with operator rounds and operational checklists.
* Experience or knowledge of RCM, RBI, HAZOP, or reliability studies is preferred.
* Ability to participate effectively in multidisciplinary RCM workshops.
6. Instrument Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experiencein instrumentation, control systems, maintenance, reliability, or process automation.
* Experience in RCM, FMEA/FMECA, SIL Studies, HAZOP or RCFA.
* Strong knowledge of SIS, IEC 61511, DCS/PLC, instrumentation, control valves and calibration.
* Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, or industrial facilities.
* Familiarity with SAP PM.
