Since joining the team this past May 2025, my mission has been to elevate our F&B offerings and create unique experiences that resonate with our guests. As we close the books on 2025, I am incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made together.
​By focusing on "Experience-Based Dining" and high-energy events, we have achieved record-breaking growth across our key sectors:
​🚀 Catering Excellence: Achieved a massive +84% Year-over-Year revenue increase, driven by the successful launch of our new Beach Party series.
💃 Nightlife Revitalized: Our Subway Disco concepts saw a +31% surge in performance following a strategic operational revamp.
📊 Departmental Impact: Contributed to a record-breaking year for the property, delivering a 33% increase in total F&B revenue compared to 2024.
