We're Hiring – Area Manager
📍 Mahmoud El Far Market (Retail)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Drive the achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Plan and optimize workforce requirements across assigned branches.
• Monitor daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to maximize performance.
• Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across all store locations.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Head Office departments to support business objectives and operational excellence.
Requirements: -
• Retail F&B experience is a must.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
