Are you passionate about food safety and operational excellence in retail? We are looking for a sharp, proactive Quality Control Specialist to join our team and make a real impact across our supermarket branches.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality and food safety audits across our supermarket branches and storage facilities.
• Ensure full compliance with NFSA regulations and maintain constant readiness for inspections.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of HACCP systems and ISO 22000 standards.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective actions.
• Train and coach store staff on top-tier food safety, personal hygiene, and proper handling procedures.
• Monitor daily operations—including storage, sanitation, display, and pest control coordination.
• Collaborate closely with store management and operations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
🎯 Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of solid experience in food safety or quality control/assurance.
• Knowledge: Strong foundation in HACCP, ISO 22000, and quality management systems.
• Preferred: Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is a strong plus
