– Job Vacancy

A well-established company is seeking to hire a Professional Executive Secretary to support top management at its headquarters.

📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City
🕘 Working Hours: 8 hours per day
📅 Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

1- Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
2- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3- Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external parties.
4- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files.
5- Provide high-level administrative and executive support.

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant.
3- Excellent command of MS Office applications.
4- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
5- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

شركة التوحيد للصناعات المعدنية بالعاشر من رمضان تعلن عن حاجتها الى الوظائف التالية :

1- أخصائي تصدير .
2-مهندس انتاج .
3-اخصائى تخطيط .
4- محاسب عام .

الشروط :
مؤهل عالي مناسب للوظيفة
خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في نفس الدرجة الوظيفية المطلوبة
يفضل ان تكون لديه خبره فى مجال الصناعات المعدنية
