We are not just looking for a planner; we need a Researcher & Analyst who can gather insights from social media and surveys to shape our event strategy.
🔍 Your Core Mission (Data & Analysis):
Social Media Intelligence: actively collect and analyze relevant data/trends from social media platforms to understand audience preferences.
Survey Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Forms/Surveys to gather pre-event and post-event data.
Insight Generation: Analyze collected data to provide actionable reports that guide our event planning and decision-making.
🛠 Operational Responsibilities:
Plan and execute detailed event timelines, budgets, and schedules based on data insights.
Coordinate logistics (venue, transportation, catering), ensuring high standards.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle vendor payments.
Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams (Marketing/Sales), and vendors.
✅ Requirements:
Strong experience in Data Collection & Analysis (Excel, Google Forms, Social Listening tools).
Proven track record in event coordination.
Ability to turn numbers into creative event solutions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
