• Conduct regular training sessions for in-store promoters and sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals in alignment with Realme’s sales strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance assessments and feedback.
• Support new product launches by preparing sales teams with the required technical and commercial knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance post-training to ensure consistent improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales management team to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes, attendance, and team progress.

📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in mobile or electronics industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and team management mindset.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
