Position : Purchasing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing high-quality raw materials, ingredients, and supplies required for food and beverage production.
-Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability.
-Issue purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent product quality and timely delivery.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers, aiming to achieve the best value for the company.
-Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

Strategic Sourcing Buying
