HR Manager
A well-established player in the hospitality and tableware industry with over 25 years of market presence is expanding its operations and seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to lead the full HR function for a workforce of 400+ employees across multiple sites.
If you have:
✅ 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
✅ Strong skills in people management, recruitment, performance management, and compliance
About the Role:
The HR Manager is responsible for leading all people-related functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and HR compliance.
This role ensures that HR strategies are fully aligned with the company’s business objectives, operational structure, and organizational culture.
