Confidential company is urgently looking for a Head of HR:
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR functions to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Develop and update HR Policies, and procedures in light of law, regulations and HR best practices.
Develop new training strategy and policies, oversee preparation/execution of the annual training plan, monitored budget expenditures to ensure its cost effectiveness as per business priorities.
Prepare monthly headcount report.
Prepare the annual manpower plan in coordination with Head of Recruitment.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Connect people and engage teams through ongoing events and activities
Develop company talent through development and training programs
Manage different priorities simultaneously and be focused on results
Create and administer programs and initiatives to motivate employees to reach strategic goals including personal development programs, performance reviews and engagement initiatives
Maintain management guidelines by planning and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure achieving objectives of the company.
Implement HR processes, tools and solutions in the most effective manner.
Ensuring that the hiring needs of the organization are effectively met by Exploring the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implementing appropriate best practices in the organization.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and be prepared for it.
Designing training and development plan in conjunction with line managers.
Analyzing and identifying any training needs and gaps in the organization.
Directing and delivering training development programs.
Conduct probationary period reports and annual contracts renewal.
Requirements:
10+ years of HR experiences in various HR functions.
MBA is preferable
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
