Job Description:
Manage employee operations, including attendance tracking and leave monitoring.
Oversee employee contracts, renewals, social and medical insurance processes, and related documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years.
Proven work experience as an HR specialist.
Strong understanding of labor laws.
