Dr. Michael Wenzel
Where technology meets business acumen, Dr. Michael Wenzel feels at home. As an experienced CEO, he guides mid-sized machinery manufacturers through strategic curves: from sales through production relocations to integration after acquisitions. In the VDMA, he has helped shape the robotics agenda over many years – as chairman of the trade association and as a member of the executive board.
Christian Nitsche
Early at C-level: his first CEO placement at 27. Christian combines international CAPEX practice with executive recruiting. He spent over two years in FDA remediation and today holds mandates for a leading PE firm – with placements in the range from €250k to €1.5m. His perspective: entrepreneurial, close to value creation, focused on impact.
Hannes Stadler
Different educational paths shape his perspective; but what is decisive is his instinct for people and situations. Hannes understands the choreography of political “social dances” in organisations and translates them into effective decisions. With a secure supporting leg in finance and a lively free leg for emotions, he brings stability and agility into harmony – so that performance and culture hold together.
