To form an alliance with large financial institutions at home and abroad; to cooperate with Chambers of Commerce and non-governmental organizations at home and abroad to help recruit financers,bankers etc. Our members include high-profile bankers, investors, entrepreneurs,corporate executives, and other professionals. Our mission is to promote communications between
M&A professionals to boom the Chinese M&A market. Shanghai M&A Club cooperates with global companies, consulates, regulatory bodies and other international M&A organizations, providing members with timely and reliable M&A information and holding over twenty professional activities to effectively bridge club members with capital markets for future success in the M&A business. The Club strives to create, both online and offline, a social platform and promote M&A information exchange especially the transactions involving professional institutions for our members and non-memebers, enterprises, financial institutions, professional advisory firms, buyers and sellers on the market, regulation authorities and any other participants. Relying on our rich resources in terms of professional institutions and experienced experts , the club is to provide quality M&A advisory services and valuable M&A information. Our strong information and financing platform made up of consulting firms, mutual funds, commercial banks, insurance companies, trust companies and other relevant organizations ensures the Club to find the best solutions and offer systematic services. In addition, the Club establishes an exchange center for our foreign instituions and professionals to communicate, cooperate and exchange M&A information across the borders and to provide third-party accreditation and related transaction services. The Club also helps our members and volunteers to acquire more learning opportunities in the M&A field and furthermore provides accreditation, evaluation and training services for M&A professionals.
