The Day-to-Day Activities:

You are monitoring campaign against the KPI, to be fully aware of trend, localized and analytics

You lead vendor pitch and create budget implementation into vendor's quotation

You are reporting for campaign outcome & key learnings

You lead the ex*****on of each vertical campaign to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination

You manage vendors & ensuring the project delivery is on time and on budget

You lead end to end campaign management (planning, ex*****on, tracking & measuring of marketing campaign) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various functions & departments

The Must-Haves:

You have experience with marketing/ communication field

You are bachelor degree form reputable university preferably with a focus on marketing, research, advertising, communications, public relations (with minimum GPA 3.0)

You are strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love to learn

You have strong knowledge about Bandung & West Java in overall

The Nice-to-Haves:

You have experience with data and analytic is desired

You will be responsible for supporting the Product Operations team to manage product and strategic operations by involving in the end-to-end funnel from acquisition, onboarding, and engagement process. You will be assigned in Commerce Enablement Products, specifically Selly as a smart keyboard app to help online sellers manage orders from any chat apps. Product operations role is a crucial role in feedback consolidation, in which the role will get exposure by collaborating with product managers on improving the products.
>What You Will Do
Assist the product operations team in end-to-end funnel business process monitoring and support daily data operations
Assist the product operations team to gather and analyze Merchant’s feedback based on current product usage and business process to synthesize improvement opportunities to be implemented
Contribute to give key insights and initiatives that will help increase product and features adoption among our Merchants
Assist the product operations team to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, included key ex*****onal vendors to deliver business objective
>What You Will Need
Active enrolled top university student (second year or final year student)
Good written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal skills, and a team player with high willingness to learn
