Supervisor position, Full time
Woodstock, Elmira, Cambridge
We are looking for full time candidates for supervisor positions,
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry.
-Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
-Ability to determine solutions for personnel and quality issues.
-Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
-Must possess very good verbal and written communication skills.
-Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
-Must be available to support customer needs on short notices.
-Must be able to switch shifts and work weekends when required.
-Must be flexible to drive long distances as required.
-Must own a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Requirements-
- ability to supervise a team of up to 10 inspectors
- create, monitor, and audit job binders and documents
- investigate quality issues. Complete corrective actions reports as needed
