At WCG, we know that strong outcomes start with strong leaders.
Across our service provider network, we work with experienced, dedicated leaders who drive service excellence, support their teams, and make a difference in their communities every day.
We also know that leadership is never static. The best leaders continue to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.
That's why we created the Leadership Development Program - Elevate.
Through five modules focused on mindset, service delivery, performance, team leadership, and sustaining momentum, senior leaders have come together to build on the strengths they already bring to their roles.
A huge congratulations to our first cohort for completing the program and earning their certificates: Priyanka Mahapatra, Cecilia Do, Chris Black, Sumana Mathew, Matthew Wadlin, Sabrina Marello, Oksana Chjen, Michelle Allen, Soukaina Baghdad, Julie Sullivan, Dana Yates, Srishti Ailawadi, Jalileh Helalat, Christina Montauti, Raji Rajendran, Shintha Alam, Bassem Haydar, DiAnne Brooks, Yasmeen Tian and Imman Ibrahim.
Your commitment to continuous learning, strong leadership, and delivering quality services to the communities we serve is always inspiring.
