Responsibilities and Duties
Upper Bay Technician's duties include but are not limited to:
*Guiding customers into service bays
*Greeting customers
*Performing under hood inspections
*Changing upper filters, filling oil and
related fluids.
*Tire pressure service
*Recommending necessary services,
coolant exchange, engine flushing, etc
*Working very closely with other
technicians to coordinate services
*Online study and completion of safety
courses, technicians roles etc.
*Ability to describe customer services
clearly and concisely
Qualifications and Skills
*Previous oil change experience preferred.
*Working knowledge of vehicle
maintenance and component locations
preferred
*Ability to integrate tightly within a team,
cross train and do whatever it takes to
get the job done right
*"Sales" experience is an "asset"
*Ideal for someone with a keen interest
in cars or someone looking to enter auto
service industry
*Timeliness is imperative
* We are looking for individuals with great attitudes that want to learn
