Penny Sherwood: A name well-known in the Ottawa homestay industry, albeit under a different company

Penny was the homestay coordinator for the Explore English immersion program for seven years under the auspices of the Centre Linguistique du Collège de Jonquière. For this program she oversaw the successful placements of over 200 students at a time in the homes of over 200 homestay families. Her r

ole included the advertising, recruitment, interviewing and training of each family, as well as the careful matching of each student to each family. This was followed by oversight of the placement for the duration of the student stay and the quick resolution of any problems that occurred during that stay. Penny is happy to now begin this new venture of extending these services to other schools, agencies, companies, and programs.

Interested in a part-time tenant? A 51-yo woman needs a room 2-3 nights a week while she attends her nursing classes.
