Do you have experience supervising a team of 10 or more employees? The National Call Centre for Jordan`s Principle and the Inuit Child First Initiative is hiring.

Position:
-PM-03 Team Lead
-Various staffing actions available, will be discussed with the hiring manager if selected for interview.

Requirements:
-Must be currently qualified in a PM-03 or equivalent job pool, please provide selection process number when you apply.
-Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, or able to meet. (French and English). If language profile is not currently met, written and oral samples will be requested.
-Security Clearance - Reliability Status, or able to meet.

Conditions of employment:
-Call Centre environment
-Full-time telework agreement in place until March 2025. Work anywhere in Canada.
-Shift work on a 24/7 basis, primarily 4:00pm to 12:00 am. Shifts are non-negotiable and scheduled to meet operational requirements.
-Consent to telephone monitoring.
-Ability to work standby, call back and overtime.
-The Deadline for this job application is June 14th, 2024, at midnight.
