🚛 We’re Hiring: Senior Logistics Coordinator – Montreal (In-Person) 🚛

Are you an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator with a 3PL background looking for your next challenge? We’re expanding our team and searching for a skilled professional to take charge of logistics operations, carrier negotiations, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

📍 Location: Montreal (West Island) – In-Person Role
💰 Salary: $55,000–$70,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee freight coordination and ensure smooth shipments
✅ Handle supplier and carrier negotiations to optimize logistics
✅ Solve real-time shipping challenges and ensure on-time deliveries
✅ Manage client relationships and provide excellent service

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a 3PL company
✔ Bilingual (French & English)
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy environment
