Job Title: General Labor
Location: Bramalea Road and Steels road
Shifts: Day and Noon shift
Start Date: Immediate

ONLY FOR FULL TIME WORKERS

Recycling workers are the individuals who process recyclable materials. They may be responsible for separating different materials and grouping things together based on what they're made of. This can involve taking some products apart and separating their components. It's also common for recycling workers to operate equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials for processing.

They are responsible for keeping a clean work area and this can also be important for workplace safety. Since they work with metals and glass they need to make sure that these types of materials don't drop on the floor where someone could be harmed by stepping on them. They are also responsible for cleaning the equipment that they use and maintaining the equipment so that it works properly.

*Job Duties *

· Effectively monitor production equipmentThey are responsible for keeping a clean work area and this can also be important for workplace safety.
· As part of their duties when they sort through recyclable goods they must ensure that hazardous materials are separated.
· Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
· Maintain a safe and clean work space
· Follow established safety rules and regulations
*Job Requirements*

Previous experience in warehouse work is an asset.
Sort materials, such as metals, glass, wood or plastics, into appropriate containers for recycling.
Other related duties as assigned.
They are also responsible for cleaning the equipment that they use and maintaining the equipment so that it works properly.

OBJECTIVE:

The Picker and packer is responsible for filling in customer orders and delivering them to the shipping location in a manner that meets Commercial Spring & Tool Ltd standards, for safety, security, effective productivity. The order picker is accountable to ensure that all customer orders are filled and accurate to Commercial Spring & Tool standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ensure that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damages.
Operate a forklift reach truck and other electrical equipment in high performance of order filling duties when required on a daily basis.
Ensure that average inventory and cycle counts are done accurately when required.
Maintain a neat and clean and safe working environment at all times. Assist in maintaining security of warehouse, Comply with WHIMS, MSDS, and OHSA standards at all times.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of order picker experience and must have a valid forklift license.
