Natascha's Place Daycare

Natascha's Place Daycare Quality Childcare centrally located in Kelowna As a child, I remember being asked, what do you want to be when you grow up?

I always wanted to say "a mom!" As I entered the teen years, I spent most of my spare time being the local babysitter in my small community of Willowbrook (outskirts of Oliver BC). I moved to Kelowna after graduation, married, and had a child of my own. I worked in various fields of employment, all the while not really feeling the enjoyment of my J.O.B. After my maternity ended, I started the process of finding childcare, quality childcare...My poor daughter was in and out of several daycares, licensed and unlicensed, and after a year and a half of disappointments, either from poor care, safety hazards or providers leaving town, I had enough, it was time to do something about it. I had already been planning to start my own daycare, and now was the time. I am thankful for the opportunities I have had, and continue to have, watching peoples children learn, play, and discover their world. I take what I do seriously, and I am passionate about it.

Ah summer, I wish you lasted longer. Running through the sprinklers, splashing in the wading pool and water table, blowing bubbles, walks to Kasugai gardens, bouncy castle fun, picnics, catching rolly pollies (and letting them go), and watching butterflies and grasshoppers and birds. Lots of memories made❤️

Some fun with a Bee fly today! They buzz like a bee for protection but the “stinger” is for collecting nectar.
