We’re Hiring: Conversion, Concept & Improvement Project Manager
📍 Cornwall

Looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization in a leadership role where you’ll drive operational improvements, lead key projects, and contribute to long-term success.

💲 $80,000–$85,000 annually
💰 5% annual performance bonus
🏖️ 3 weeks vacation

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead production, conversion, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee departmental KPIs, budgets, quality programs, and overall performance
- Coordinate R&D activities, product testing, production planning, and team development

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with production operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices
