What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead production, conversion, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee departmental KPIs, budgets, quality programs, and overall performance
- Coordinate R&D activities, product testing, production planning, and team development
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with production operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices
