Trecho da entrevista para a tese de Bruna Romão para seu Mestrado em Administração de Empresas pela Berlin School of Economics and Law
Durante a entrevista, Bruna levantou questões fundamentais sobre o contexto geopolítico e sua influência no trabalho relacionado à Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão. Compartilhei meus pensamentos e experiências de quase uma década na indústria, abordando desafios, particularidades e minha abordagem — incluindo, neste trecho, meu método para filtrar e prospectar clientes de modo mais íntegro e objetivo. Também comentei como tenho observado a reação do meu público, especialmente na Europa em comparação aos Estados Unidos, e conversamos sobre o Brasil e outras regiões do mundo.

For the year ahead, despite all odds, I aim to keep a firm commitment to continue the work as an Ethical & Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practitioner.
This year was challenging, but it crystallized for me the necessity of moving forward with intentionality, readiness, and care.
My latest article reflects on the narratives that dehumanize and divide us, and the systems they sustain. It is both a thank-you to the clients, partners, and allies who sustained this work, and an open invitation for all of us to keep questioning, listening, and seeking to understand.
If you feel comfortable and wish to share reflections publicly, your voice is welcome and appreciated. If not, I welcome private messages as well.

Recall a moment when your integrity was truly tested.
What anchored your decision?
That pivotal point of self-questioning is where we will begin my upcoming session on Ethical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in an Era of Compromise for the "Beyond Now Festival."
We are moving beyond performative gestures. In this session, we will:
Explore the Possibility: What emerges when we move past empty DEI slogans and dismantle outdated power structures? We will discuss how to build ethical frameworks that deliver tangible global justice and accountability.
Navigate the Real: Participate in a role-playing scenario based on a real-world situation where ethics and integrity are on the line.
Apply a Practical Tool: I will share my personal integrity checklist and the methodology I use to navigate complex ethical dilemmas.
This is an opportunity to critically examine our daily actions. We will challenge ourselves to treat DEI not as a checkbox, but as a core value, centering ethical rigor in our commitment.
Ethics is my compass. Grounded in DEI, I uphold integrity in a world that too often compromises it—not with words alone, but with accountable action, humility, and relentless belief in collective transformation.

Decolonizing Intercultural Education: A Shared Inquiry into Unlearning
What becomes possible when we unsettle the dominant frameworks of intercultural education?
These fields, often centered on Western worldviews, have historically marginalized other ways of knowing. This is a call to collectively question that legacy.
Join me and Dr Anjam Chaudhary, PhD, -the Director for Global Inclusion Program at - for our session at the Beyond Now Festival on the 6th of November at 4PM CET / 10AM EDT.
We frame this not as just a presentation, but as a shared space for critical dialogue.
Together, we will:
➤ Interrogate the hidden biases within our own perspectives and practices.
➤ Amplify marginalized and non-Western worldviews.
➤ Co-imagine practical approaches for more inclusive creation.
This is an invitation to gather, reflect, and actively participate in reshaping the conversation.
The work is ongoing, and it requires many voices.

À travers l’exploration du Mythe de l’Empowerment et l’introduction du concept de , nous visons à créer une dynamique où les entrepreneur.e.s ou futures entrepreneur.e.s peuvent renforcer leur confiance en comprenant que leur pouvoir réside en elles et leur a été systématiquement retiré.
En déconstruisant l’idée de "réparer les femmes" (ou n'importe quel groupe sous-représenté), nous outillons les participant.e.s avec des connaissances et des outils pour naviguer de manière consciente et stratégique à travers les systèmes patriarcaux, favorisant ainsi la résilience et l’autodétermination.
