🎨 30 GRAFFITI ARTISTS. 1 ABANDONED UNDERPASS. A NEW PUBLIC SPACE.

More than 30 graffiti artists transformed a neglected pedestrian underpass in Sofia into an open-air gallery. 🌈

🎨 30 artists
🏚️ 1 neglected urban space
🧱 Colours inspired by the history of the area
✨ A new, more colourful place to live

But there is something more interesting behind it.

The Broken Windows Theory suggests that visible neglect can send a message: “Nobody cares about this place.”

So what happens if we turn the message around?

What if we transform neglected spaces into places people notice, use and feel connected to?

This is exactly the experiment we are starting with MINE. 🇧🇬

🏙️ Transforming public spaces through art, creativity and participation.

Because a wall can be more than a wall.
A neglected space can become a place people notice.
And a place people notice can become a place they feel connected to.

We are curious to see what happens when we change the message a place sends. 🎨

🌍 MINE – Mine Yours Our Wall
