SukunLife is seeking a highly motivated 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join the telesales team. The role requires an experienced professional who can effectively communicate with potential clients, present service solutions, and convert leads into successful sales. Candidates with experience in service sales, particularly in EdTech or similar industries, will receive priority consideration.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
* Conduct telesales activities by contacting prospective clients and presenting SukunLife’s services.
* Identify customer needs and provide suitable service solutions.
* Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
* Maintain proper follow-up with prospective clients and manage the sales pipeline.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
* Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1. Proven experience working in a telesales team.
2. Experience in service sales is recommended.
3. Candidates with experience in EdTech or similar industries will receive priority.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
5. Ability to manage client objections and close sales effectively.
6. Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
