Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven sales experience in the Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth ex*****on of sales activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 4–5 years of professional sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree / BBA / MBA from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Relevant experience in Interior Design or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
