💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:
📌 First 03 Months (Probation)
⊕ Basic Salary: 100 KD
⊕ Fixed Allowance: 15 KD
⊕ Total: 115 KD (Approx. BDT 38,500+)
📌 After Successful Completion of Probation
⊕ Basic Salary: 120 KD
⊕ Fixed Allowance: 15 KD
⊕ Total: 135 KD (Approx. BDT 45,200+)
🎯 Attractive Performance INCENTIVES (Based on achieving delivery targets)
✅ ELIGIBILITY
◑ Maximum Age: 30 Years
◑ Valid Bangladesh Motorcycle Driving Licence (Minimum 02 years old)
◑ Physically fit and willing to work in Kuwait
◑ Basic English communication skills
Delivery experience is preferred but NOT mandatory

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◑ Deliver customer orders safely and on time
◑ Follow company guidelines and traffic regulations
◑ Ensure excellent customer service
Handle Cash on Delivery (when applicable)
◑ Maintain delivery records and company equipment responsibly
📌 The client company will pay salary and incentives as per company policy.
