We are hiring some Potential Candidates “Technical Head” for a renowned RMG company.
- Position: Technical Head
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1. Lead product development from design sketch to bulk production for T-hirts, Polo shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Leggings, Sweatshirts, and Babywear.
2. Provide technical feasibility assessment for new styles, ensuring cost-effective and production-friendly designs.
3. Guide pattern masters and sample teams to ensure accurate pattern, grading, and shrinkage adjustment.
4. Approve and finalize sewing techniques, seam construction, SPI, and trims application as per buyer’s standards.
5. Supervise the sample section to ensure timely development of Proto, Fit, PP, and Size-set samples.
6. Coordinate with merchandising and buyers on fit comments and make necessary technical changes.
7. Plan machine layout and operation bulletin (OB) for each style to optimize productivity and minimize changeover time.
8. Ensure product-specific special attachments, folders, and machine requirements are identified and arranged before style launch.
9. Provide technical solutions during bulk sewing to minimize defects and rework.
10. Attend buyer meetings, fit sessions, and technical audits.
11. Provide training to supervisors, line chiefs, and operators on handling new styles and machinery.
12. Lead a technical team consisting of Pattern Masters, Sample In-Charge, Sewing Technicians, and IE.
