Lead recruitment efforts, including crafting job descriptions, advertisements, applicant shortlisting, interviewing and candidate selection.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings
Design and conduct engaging new employee orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for newcomers.
